EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Uncle Jack offers a 30-day return policy after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be:
- In the same condition as sold (plastic clip intact and clear screen on watch dial) with the original box
- You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name)
If for any reason you need to return a product outside of the 30-day policy please contact our customer support team.
*Please note: All monogram sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed watches due to the customisation, unless the product is faulty. Once the watch has been personalised/monogrammed we will not be able to facilitate a return or an exchange.
HOW TO RETURN:
Contact us our customer support team here to obtain an official Returns Form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
Note: Do not return an order without a returns form, it can't be attributed to you.
Once you have your Returns Form, please complete this and send your return to the address provided.
Once received by our team, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and funds will be returned to you the same way that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as Uncle Jack cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us. Uncle Jack does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
